HISTORY Trans-Global Resources, Inc. is the successor of the Fred H. Lenway Company (1940-1973), Keystone Lenway, subsidiary of Keystone Resources (1973-1979) and AMMC California, subsidiary of Associated Metals and Minerals Corporation (1979-1983). Michael J. Nelson, President and Chief Executive Officer and Thomas W. Nelson, Executive Vice President, are principals with extensive experience and expertise in International Metals and Minerals Trading.
Michael J. Nelson joined Fred H. Lenway as Executive Vice President in 1958. Mr. Lenway's death in 1973
necessitated the sale of the company to the above mentioned companies from 1973-1983. In 1983, after
serving as president of the existing subsidiaries, Michael Nelson purchased the company from Associated
Metals and Minerals. Throughout the years, the basic activities are the same, with added growth.
