COMPANY ACTIVITIES

Trans-Global Resources, Inc. is an International Metals and Minerals Trading Company which acts mainly as principal and secondarily as agents in the buying and selling of various metals and minerals throughout the world. Additionally, throughout its history, Trans-Global Resources, Inc. has remained active as financiers and sales agents for various mining and manufacturing ventures, either directly or on a joint-venture basis.
